Jodlklub
The Jodlklub was founded in 2011 by Elisabeth Gabriel, Liese Lyon and Johanna Milz in Frankfurt am Main. As Austrians in a foreign country, they of course recognized each other immediately and began to sing out of homesickness. They are also connected by their work in the theater: as directors, actresses and dramaturges.
In their programs they improvise yodels and three-part songs from different regions of Austria. In Poppendorf they will tune into the special mood of the forest and sing with the birds, amidst the installation Assembly by Pedro Cabrita Reis, made possible by art in public space Styria (KiÖR Steiermark).
