Art is just a label without any relevance, says the Austrian artist Christian Eisenberger. At the age of 40, he has created over 45,000 works. He left thousands of them on streets and squares. With his sprawling production, Eisenberger escapes the control of galleries, art fairs and museums. In a milieu that fights with all means for attention and recognition, the question arises again and again: What does artistic freedom really consist of? And does it even need artists?
